Direct Geothermal Exchange is a proven technology
Direct exchange (DX) geothermal technology is nothing new and is widely accepted and recognized to be another efficient option for a ground source heat pump. DX geothermal technology is also recognized both domestically and internationally by all of the major heating and cooling industry trade organizations in North America.
Many organization’s embrace direct geothermal exchange technology in one way or another. Like all other heating and cooling products sold internationally, these organizations assist in recognizing the validity of technology, creating policies and procedures for them, setting standards for testing these products, as well as setting guidelines for the installation of these products including direct exchange geothermal.
